Digital products purchased on BestStartBiz.com are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email support@beststartbiz.com within 30 days of purchase with your order details. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.
Purchases made through our Etsy shop are processed by Etsy and are subject to the policies listed on our Etsy shop. Refund terms for services, if any, are set out in the proposal or agreement for that service.
